Curtis L. Williams

Co Founder

Curtis Williams is the Co Founder  of Safer Living INC, a community-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the Suncoast’s underserved through redevelopment and revitalization.

Raised in Tampa Bay, Curtis joined the United States Army beginning a life of selfless service. Curtis obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the American Military University and completed his Master of Administration from the University of South Florida. During his collegiate career, Curtis was in several honors societies, including SALUTE Veterans National Honor Society.
In addition to operating Safer Living, Curtis is a first responder with a major organization, an active participant in multiple community service projects, a member of professional organizations throughout the Bay Area, and a recipient of the Florida Development Association’s “Roy F. Kenzie” Award for Creative Partnerships.

During these activities, Curtis saw the need to fill a gap in services currently provided and formed Safer Living, a fully developed 501(C)(3) with great support from her community, family, and friends.

Curtis raised three now young men to embrace selfless service. He and his wife enjoy anything outdoors and learning new things from the people they meet while out in the community.
